📦 PRODUCTS
Are your cases compatible with all graded cards such as PSA, PCA, CCC and others?
**Our cases are designed for cards of standard thickness (35PT), generally those without a relic or thicker insert. PSA and PCA cases often come in thicker versions for relic cards or other special inserts. To ensure compatibility, please check the thickness of your graded card case and compare it to our standard dimensions. We do offer custom cases for thicker cards. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!**
Are your cases durable?
Yes, all our drawers are solid.
How many cards can your binders hold?
Up to 360 cards for the large binder and 160 cards for the small binder.
What is the difference between the 60 card, 84 card and 160 card cases?
How does the combination lock work on the 1 card, 60 card, 84 card and 160 card cases?
**To open the lock, turn the dials to 0-0-0. Push the button and open the case. To change the code, push the button, set the new code, and release the button. We recommend writing down your code.**
⭐ BINDER SUBSCRIPTION
How does the binder subscription work?
If I subscribe, which binder will I receive next?
**Upon subscribing, which will be the next binder I receive?**
When will I be charged for upcoming sets?
You will be billed on the 10th of every month.
What is included in each shipment?
**Each shipment contains a set of items including:**
* **One garment:** a t-shirt or a polo shirt.
* **A "Did you know?" card** to learn more about the animal of the month, its habitat, and its endangered status.
* **A "Fun Facts" card** with an animal joke and a fun activity.
* **A collectible sticker.**
* **A small surprise gift.**
Can I choose not to receive a binder?
**If you no longer wish to receive a binder for the following month, you must notify us by email at info@mysweetdays.ca before the 25th of the current month.**
Can I switch binder format, 3x3 or 4x3?
**No, it is not possible to change the format of your binder (3x3 or 4x3) after you have placed your order. The format is definitively set upon order confirmation.**
How can I cancel my subscription?

What payment methods do you accept?
**We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and by PayPal.**
Is payment safe?
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
**If you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam folder.**
🚚 DELIVERY & TRACKING
What are the delivery times?
**The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France, and 5 to 7 business days for other destinations.**
Do you ship internationally?
Do you offer pickup point delivery?
**No, we do not offer delivery to relay points. All orders are delivered directly to your home or office address via Colissimo or Chronopost.**
How can I track my order?

Can I return a product?
How can I request a return?
**To make a return request, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number. If the item is defective, please attach a photo of the defect. We will get back to you as soon as possible.**
When will I be refunded?
**You will be reimbursed within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.**
